§ 63N-23-407. Boundary adjustments.

If the relevant county assessor or county auditor adjusts parcel boundaries relevant to a convention center reinvestment zone in a capital city, the Governor's Office of Economic Development may make corresponding adjustments to the boundary of the convention center reinvestment zone in a capital city.
