§ 64-13-43. Use of state vehicles by department personnel.

The executive director may authorize the use of a state vehicle for: (1) official and commute purposes for a department employee who: (a) supervises probationers or parolees; or (b) investigates the criminal activity of inmates, probationers, or parolees; and (2) off-duty personal use.
