§ 13-79-101. Definitions.

As used in this part: (1) "Association of lot owners" means an association as that term is defined in Section 57-8a-102. (2) "Association of unit owners" means the same as that term is defined in Section 57-8-3. (3) "Department" means the Department of Commerce created in Section 13-1-2. (4) "Governing documents of an association of lot owners" means the same as governing documents as that term is defined in Section 57-8a-102. (5) "Governing documents of an association of unit owners" means the same as governing documents as that term is defined in Section 57-8-3. (6) "Lot owner" means the same as that term is defined in Section 57-8a-102. (7) "Office" means the Office of the Homeowners' Association Ombudsman created in Section 13-79-102. (8) "Unit owner" means the same as that term is defined in Section 57-8-3.
