§ 71A-5-101. Veterans Assistance Registry -- Definitions.

(1) As used in this chapter: (a) "Donor" means an individual or entity that provides material goods, services, or labor without charge to veterans in accordance with this chapter. (b) "Recipient" means a veteran as defined in Section 68-3-12.5, or a veteran's dependent spouse and children. (2) Terms defined in Section 71A-1-101 apply to this chapter.
