§ 72-10-702. Applicability.

This chapter does not apply to a person or business entity: (1) using an unmanned aircraft for legitimate educational or business purposes; and (2) operating the unmanned aircraft system in a manner consistent with applicable Federal Aviation Administration rules, exemptions, or other authorizations.
