§ 72-10-801. Definitions.

As used in this part: (1) "Civilian" means a person that is not a law enforcement officer. (2) "Law enforcement agency" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-102. (3) "Law enforcement officer" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-13-103. (4) "Target" means a person upon whom, or an object, structure, or area upon which, another person: (a) has intentionally collected or attempted to collect information through the operation of an unmanned aircraft system; or (b) intends to collect or to attempt to collect information through the operation of an unmanned aircraft system.
