§ 72-4-221. Jake Garn Legacy Highway.

(1) There is established the Jake Garn Legacy Highway comprising a section of Route 40 from I-80 southerly to Route 32. (2) The Department of Transportation shall designate the portions of the highway described in Subsection (1) as Jake Garn Legacy Highway on future state highway maps.
