§ 73-32-301. Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner.

(1) There is created the Office of the Great Salt Lake Commissioner. (2) The office shall: (a) provide staff support to the commissioner; and (b) operate under the supervision of the commissioner. (3) The department shall provide office space, furnishings, and supplies to the commissioner, the office, and support staff for the office.
