§ 75E-7-101. Definitions for chapter.

7/1/2026As used in this chapter: (1) "Board" means the Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Board created in Section 75E-7-102. (2) "Commission" means the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice created in Section 75E-3-102.
