§ 17C-4-101.2. Applicability of chapter.

This chapter applies to a community development project area that is effective: (1) before May 10, 2016; or (2) before September 1, 2016, if an agency adopted a resolution in accordance with Section 17C-4-101.5 before April 1, 2016.
