§ 20A-5a-203. Special district notice of candidate filing for regular election.

On or before the first business day in February of an even-numbered year, the clerk of a special district shall provide to each county clerk of a county in which all or a part of the special district is located written notice of the special district offices to be voted on in the upcoming regular general election.
