§ 20A-5a-210. Certification of county candidates for regular general election -- Ballot propositions.

(1) A county clerk shall publish for the county, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for 30 calendar days, the notice described in Subsection (2): (a) no earlier than the first business day that is at least two calendar days after the day on which the lieutenant governor provides the notice described in Section 20A-5a-209 to the county clerk; and (b) no later than the second business day in September. (2) The notice required under Subsection (1): (a) shall include the portion of the notice, provided to the county clerk by the lieutenant governor under Section 20A-5a-209, relating to races in which a resident of the county may vote; (b) shall include all candidates who have qualified for placement on the regular general election ballot in the county for county office or local school board office; (c) shall, in accordance with Sections 20A-6-109 and 20A-6-110, include instructions on how the names of candidates will appear on the regular general election ballot; and (d) shall include information on local ballot propositions that have qualified for placement on the ballot.
