§ 20A-7-209.5. Initiative application -- Required publication.

1/1/2027 (1) The sponsors shall publish the entire initiative application in the same manner required for a constitutional amendment under Utah Constitution, Article XXIII, Section 1. (2) If the sponsors fail to comply with Subsection (1): (a) the initiative cannot be submitted to the voters; and (b) an election officer may not count votes cast for or against the initiative.
