§ 23A-5-320. Failure to stop at roadblocks or checking stations unlawful.

(1) A person may not fail to stop at a division roadblock or checking station when a stop sign or red or blue light is displayed. (2) A person who violates this section is subject to the penalty provided in Section 23A-5-301.
