§ 10-7-87. Cities authorized to contract with constables.

(1) A city may contract with a constable to provide services described in Title 17, Chapter 78, Part 6, Constables, the same as if the city were a county. (2) A constable that is contracted with a city shall comply with the provisions of Title 17, Chapter 78, Part 6, Constables, in regard to the city the same as if the city were a county.
