§ 31A-1-401. Venue for action or petition filed by commissioner.

If the commissioner brings an action under this title in the district court, the commissioner shall bring the action: (1) in accordance with Title 78B, Chapter 3a, Venue for Civil Actions; or (2) in Salt Lake County.
