§ 31A-23a-1002. Regulation of affiliated business -- Applicable law.

(1) Except as provided in this part, for purposes of state law, Section 8 of RESPA governs an affiliated business arrangement involving a title entity. (2) The division shall enforce the provisions of this part, including Section 8 of RESPA. (3) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division may make rules necessary to implement the provisions of this part.
