§ 10-20-103. Municipal standards.

(1) This chapter does not prohibit a municipality from adopting the municipality's own land use standards. (2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), a municipality may not impose a requirement, regulation, condition, or standard that conflicts with a provision of this chapter, Chapter 21, Municipalities and Housing Supply, other state law, or federal law.
