§ 32B-1-607. Rulemaking authority.

(1) The commission may adopt rules necessary to implement this part. (2) Notwithstanding Subsections 32B-1-102(13) and (52), in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the commission may make rules that allow for a tolerance in the alcohol content of beer or heavy beer as follows: (a) up to 0.18% above or below when measured by volume; or (b) up to 0.15% above or below when measured by weight.
