§ 40-11-20. Adoption of procedure.

(1) The board may adopt procedures and criteria to determine the amount of injected carbon dioxide: (a) stored in a reservoir that has been or is being used for an enhanced oil or gas recovery project; or (b) stored in a reservoir that is a part of a storage facility. (2) The board may charge a fee to cover the costs of making a determination described in Subsection (1). (3) The division shall deposit a fee collected in accordance with Subsection (2) into the fund.
