1.That the aforesaid petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court, and the same is fixed for Date fixed for hearing of the petition.

2.That on Date of issue of notice by the court, a notice was issued by this Hon'ble Court to the respondent, and the same was received on Date of receipt of notice. After receiving the notice, the respondent engaged counsel to contest the present proceedings. Upon perusal of the file, counsel found that the complete set of documents had not been supplied along with the summons by the petitioner.

3.It is submitted that in the absence of the said documents, it is very difficult to prepare any reply or application for leave to defend, and it is likewise difficult to appreciate the version of the petitioner.

4.It is submitted that the applicant, by way of the present application, prays before this Hon'ble Court to direct the petitioner to supply the complete set of documents filed by the petitioner along with the petition.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and direct the petitioner to supply the complete set of documents filed by the petitioner along with the petition, in the interest of justice.
