1.That the Applicant is the Petitioner No. 1 in the abovementioned case.

2.That the Applicant is unable to appear before this Hon’ble Court today on account of urgent official work. Owing to the said exigency, the Applicant will not be able to remain present before this Hon’ble Court today. The Applicant has duly instructed her counsel in this regard, and it is at her instance that the present application for exemption is being moved.

In the present matter, the Petitioner has not complied with the directions of the Hon’ble High Court and has filed a detailed income affidavit containing incomplete information, and that too without filing the requisite documents.
