2.That the previous Authorised Representative, Mr. Previous authorised representative's name, is unable to appear further in the present case owing to personal reasons. It is pertinent to mention here that Mr. Previous authorised representative's name was also authorised and empowered to appoint or authorise another Authorised Representative on behalf of the complainant company to pursue the present case. Accordingly, he has authorised Mr. New authorised representative's name, vide authorisation letter dated Date of authorisation letter, to pursue the present case on behalf of the complainant company.

3.That for the aforesaid reasons, the applicant seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to substitute Mr. New authorised representative's name, the new Authorised Representative of the complainant company, in place of the previous Authorised Representative, Mr. Previous authorised representative's name.

First cheque amount (₹)/-, cheque bearing number Second cheque number dated Second cheque date for a sum of Rs. Second cheque amount (₹)/-, and cheque bearing number Third cheque number dated Third cheque date, not for any valuable consideration as claimed by the complainant. In fact, the aforesaid cheques were issued by the applicant/accused as collateral security for the purpose of sending goods to the respondent company.
