1.That the captioned petition is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is presently fixed for today.

2.That on the last date of hearing, the applicant / Petitioner sought to call additional witnesses for producing the records of the aforesaid cases by filing a list of witnesses, whereupon this Hon’ble Court directed the applicant / Petitioner to file an appropriate application in this regard. Hence, the present application.

3.That the applicant seeks to summon the following official witnesses before this Hon’ble Court for a just and proper decision of the case and to prove the case of the Petitioner:-

5.The concerned officials from the Court of Designation and court of first civil case, in the matter titled as “Title of first Faridabad civil case”, with the judicial file, i.e., CS No.CS number of first Faridabad civil case.

6.The concerned officials from the Court of Designation and court of second civil case, in the matter titled as “Title of second Faridabad civil case”, with the judicial file, i.e., CP No.CP number of second Faridabad civil case.

4.That it is essential and necessary to summon the above-said witnesses to produce the record of the judicial files of the aforesaid cases, so as to prove the allegations levelled by the Respondent, which is necessary for a just and proper decision of the case and in the interest of justice. In view of the facts stated above, this Hon’ble Court may kindly allow the present application.

5.That the diet money shall be paid on the spot, or as per the directions of this Hon’ble Court.
