MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1.That the applicant / complainant has filed the present complaint against the respondents, and the same is pending before this Hon'ble Court and is listed for today.

2.That during the pendency of the present complaint, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement with the intervention of friends, family members and elders of society. The parties have therefore finally decided to settle all their disputes and to obtain a decree of divorce by mutual consent. In view of the settlement, both parties have already taken the first motion in the divorce proceedings by order dated Date of first motion order passed by the Hon'ble Court of Court that granted first motion, and it has been mutually agreed between the parties that, before filing the second motion petition for the decree of divorce, both parties shall withdraw all pending cases filed by them against each other and against each other's family members.

3.In view of the above, the applicant / complainant seeks to withdraw the present case, as all disputes between the parties have been resolved and settled.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and dispose of the present complaint, in the interest of justice.
