MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1.That the Applicant, Applicant's name, seeks the release of Rs. Amount to be released (₹)/-, which has been directed to be released in his favour pursuant to the order dated Date of the Hon'ble High Court order passed by the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Name of Hon'ble Judge in Complainant's name Vs. Accused's name, being Bail Application No. Bail application number.
2.That the Applicant is one of the victims in FIR No. FIR number registered at Police Station Police station under Sections IPC sections in FIR of the Indian Penal Code, in relation to the fraudulent scheme operated by Name of fraudulent scheme operator.
3.That, as per the order dated Date of the Hon'ble High Court order passed in Bail Application No. Bail application number, an amount of Rs. Total deposited amount (₹)/- is lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Hon’ble Court, and the victims have been granted liberty to approach the Registrar General for the release of their respective amounts.
4.That the Applicant has been identified as one of the victims whose claim has been verified and approved for the release of the sum of Rs. Amount approved for applicant (₹)/-.
5.That the Learned Trial Court, vide its order dated Date of the Trial Court order, has also recorded the no objection of the accused, Accused's name, to the release of the full amount to the Applicant as well as to the other victims in the present matter.
6.That, in light of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court in the aforesaid matter and the no objection of the accused, the Applicant is entitled to receive the said amount of Rs. Amount to be released (₹)/-.
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the release of the amount of Rs. Amount to be released (₹)/-, along with the interest accrued thereon, to the Applicant / Victim, Victim's name, in accordance with the orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court.
