2.That the brief facts of the case are as under:-

“My maternal uncle Deceased's name, S/o Deceased's father's name, R/o Deceased's address, runs a hardware shop, and I also work with him. My maternal uncle was sitting at the shop opposite ours, and I brought his car, being Car No. Deceased's car number, white in colour, and handed it over to him. At approximately Time deceased left shop p.m., he left for his home, and at approximately Time of phone call p.m., I received a telephone call from my maternal grandmother informing me that my maternal uncle had not reached home. Upon receiving the said call, I went to my maternal grandmother at Place complainant went after call, and upon reaching there, I learnt that near the house of Neighbour's name near abduction spot, one Eco car stopped and intercepted the Breeza car, forced the person driving the Breeza car to stop, and one of the persons drove away the Breeza car. It is also learnt that a shot was fired from a firearm at the spot. I suspect that the Breeza car belongs to my maternal uncle and that they have kidnapped him at Place of suspected abduction. I request that my maternal uncle be recovered and action be taken against the persons who were present in the Eco car.”

I, along with other family members, have made several enquiries regarding the arrest of the remaining accused persons, but the investigating officers have not provided satisfactory answers regarding the investigation.
6.That if the accused persons are not arrested immediately, they would certainly tamper with the evidence and threaten the witnesses, which would be contrary to law and would amount to injustice to the victim.
7.That there are certain points on which a day-to-day status report of the FIR ought to be submitted before the concerned authority, and the said points are set out below:-
(i).Till date, how many accused persons have been arrested in the present FIR?
(ii).Whether the pistol, knife or other weapon used in the commission of the crime has been recovered or not?

(vii).Whether the CCTV footage of the accused persons has been procured from the various locations or not?
8.That there are certain points on which further enquiry into the case is required. It is stated that there were five persons involved in the commission of the crime, and a sixth person supplied the katta/revolver to them, which was used to fire the shot.

10.That directions ought to be issued to the investigating officer to file the day-to-day status report before the Commissioner of Police or a superior officer of the rank of DCP, in the interest of justice.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Commissioner of Police may be pleased to direct the investigating officer of the case to file a detailed day-to-day status report, along with a copy of the case diary from Police Station Police station, to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, in the interest of justice.
