Respected Sir,

I, Complainant's name, son of Sh. Complainant's father's name, resident of H. No. Complainant's house number, Complainant's locality, Complainant's area or city, Delhi, wish to submit that I and my wife, Smt. Complainant's wife's name, severed our relationship with our son, Mr. Name of complainant's son, and his wife, Name of son's wife (daughter-in-law), residents of X-Son's house number, Son's locality, New Delhi-Son's pincode, in the year Year relations were severed, on account of their misbehaviour towards us. They have been, and continue to be, pressurising me to sell my property to satisfy their greed, and have threatened that, failing which, they will forcibly throw me and my wife out of my home.

2.It is further submitted that I am an unfortunate father who has had to sever relations with my son Name of complainant's son and daughter-in-law Name of daughter-in-law, as both of them made our life miserable. The persons named above have repeatedly visited our residence to demand money, gold ornaments and cash, and have been in contact with property dealers with a view to selling my house. It is relevant to mention that I am the owner of the property bearing H. No. Complainant's property house number, Complainant's property locality, Delhi. They have been humiliating and tormenting me and my family members, including my second son, Name of complainant's second son, who is presently studying, almost on a daily basis.

3.It is further submitted that on Date of trespass incident (day).Date of trespass incident (month).Date of trespass incident (year), at around Time of incident (hour).Time of incident (minutes) a.m., Name of daughter-in-law, along with her mother, Name of daughter-in-law's mother, and her elder sister, Name of daughter-in-law's elder sister, arrived at my house, attempted to trespass therein, spoke to us abruptly and misbehaved with us. They also attempted to forcibly seize my property and created a nuisance, on hearing which the neighbours gathered at the spot. Name of person who threatened further threatened to sell the house, failing which the complainant and his family members would be implicated in false cases, such as cases of domestic violence and dowry demand. After about an hour, Name of person who arrived later came to our home, following which all the persons named above left the area.

In view of the above, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that appropriate protection may kindly be provided to the complainant and his family members against Name of daughter-in-law, her mother and her elder sister, so that they may not cause any harm to the complainant and his family members, and that they may be restrained from coming to my residence.

“My maternal uncle (Mama), Deceased's name, S/o Deceased's father's name, R/o Deceased's address, was running a hardware shop, and I was also working with him. My Mama was sitting at the opposite shop and I brought his car, being Car number of Colour of the deceased's vehicle colour, and handed it over to him. At Time of leaving shop p.m., he left for his home. At approximately Time of missing call p.m., I received a call from my maternal grandmother informing me that Mama had not reached home. Upon receiving the call, I went to my maternal grandmother at Place of grandmother's residence. After reaching there, I learnt that near the house of Neighbour's name near house, one Make and number of the vehicle used by the abductors car stopped in front of Breeza, and the occupants pressured the abducted person into the said car, while one person drove the Breeza car. It is also learnt that a gunshot was fired at the spot. I apprehend that the Breeza car belongs to my Mama and that he has been kidnapped by the occupants of the said vehicle. I request that my Mama be recovered and action be taken against the persons who were travelling in the said car.”

That the complainant has been constrained to approach your good self on account of the atrocities committed upon her by the accused (husband of the complainant), namely Accused's name.

1.That the accused has neglected, harassed and abused the complainant out of greed for money, and has caused physical and mental cruelty to the complainant and her two children.

2.That Complainant's name ("the complainant") was married to Dr. Accused's name ("the accused") on Date of marriage and is presently residing at Address of shared household ("the property") along with the accused and her two children. The complainant holds a post-graduate degree in commerce and had several job opportunities available to her at the time of the marriage.
