Subject: Complaint for registration of FIR under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC against four unknown persons travelling in Accused's vehicle description on Date of incident (day) at around Time of incident for attacking the undersigned with the sole intention of killing him.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1.That the complainant, Complainant's name, S/o Sh. Complainant's father's name, R/o Complainant's house number (hereinafter referred to as the "Undersigned"), respectfully submits this complaint before the Station House Officer, praying that strict action be taken against four unknown persons travelling in Accused's vehicle description, bearing registration number Accused's vehicle number, on Date of incident (day), and that an FIR be registered under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC against the said four unknown persons for attacking the undersigned with the sole intention of killing him.
2.That on Date of incident (day) at around Time of dinner, the undersigned had dinner with his friend, namely Friend's name, at Restaurant name, situated at Restaurant address, and thereafter they left for the undersigned's residence, as it was the undersigned's mother's birthday on Mother's birthday date. It is pertinent to mention herein that they were travelling in a Complainant's car description bearing registration number Complainant's car number, and the undersigned was driving his friend's car. In the meanwhile, when they were crossing a wine shop (adjacent to Landmark near wine shop), a Accused's vehicle model, Accused's vehicle colour, suddenly came at high speed in front of their car and stopped, as a result of which the undersigned flashed the dipper of his car's headlights, requesting the occupants to move their vehicle so that they could leave that place. However, the request was of no avail, as the occupants of the said vehicle remained adamant and unjustified and refused to remove their Accused's vehicle description from the way of the undersigned.
3.That the said unknown persons, instead of removing their vehicle from the way, refused to reverse their car so that the undersigned could leave the place. It is pertinent to mention herein that the undersigned and his friend were shocked as to why the occupants of the Accused's vehicle model were behaving in such an unjustified manner and not giving them way. In the meanwhile, a third person approached them and requested that if the occupants of the said vehicle were being adamant, the undersigned and his friend could, as sensible persons, give way and resolve the matter, to which the undersigned and his friend agreed. The undersigned then attempted to reverse his friend's car but was unable to do so, as the reverse gear of that car functioned differently from that of an ordinary car. Accordingly, the undersigned's friend came to the driving side, the undersigned sat beside him, and the friend reversed the car and gave way to the persons travelling in Accused's vehicle description.
4.That after giving way to the said vehicle, the undersigned and his friend moved ahead, and when they reached near Landmark where attack occurred, a few persons from the Accused's vehicle description suddenly started banging on the window of their car, abusing them and threatening them with dire consequences. The undersigned and his friend were shocked and threatened, since they had already reversed their car and given the said persons way to move ahead, and they could not understand for what reason they were being abused and threatened without any fault on their part.
5.That upon witnessing this conduct of the unknown persons travelling in the said vehicle, the undersigned came out of his side of the car and asked them what the matter was, whereupon they began abusing him and categorically told him: “hummei tujhei jaan sei maar dengein, tunei car nahei hatayei humare raste sei abhei tu nahei bacheiga.” The undersigned apologised and was attempting to explain, but suddenly they started brutally hitting him on his head and face, using some small sharp and deadly weapon on his head, face and other upper parts of his body. After being brutally assaulted, the undersigned became unconscious, as his head and face were bleeding and he was suffering severe pain in his right shoulder. Thereafter, his friend immediately took him to the nearest hospital, namely Hospital name, situated at Hospital address, and the undersigned also called the police helpline number 112 at First call to police helpline time and Second call to police helpline time.
6.That the undersigned was in severe pain and trauma after the incident in which he was targeted to be killed by four unknown persons travelling in the said vehicle. He was brutally hit on his head, on the right side of his face and on other upper parts of his body; he was unable to speak, and his right shoulder was dislocated. Therefore, after being administered painkillers and medicines, the undersigned apprised the police officer of the said incident and requested the police officers to examine the CCTV footage and to trace the registration number and details of the four unknown persons who had brutally attacked him on his head, face and other upper parts of his body with a small sharp and deadly weapon with the sole intention of killing him, allegedly because he had initially not removed his friend's car from their way, even though his friend had subsequently removed the car and given them way. The undersigned is attaching his photographs with the present complaint, which clearly show that he was brutally attacked by the four unknown persons with the sole intention of killing him.
7.That through the present complaint, the undersigned respectfully requests the concerned Station House Officer to take appropriate action against the four unknown persons travelling in Accused's vehicle description on Date of incident (day) at around Time of incident near the wine shop adjacent to Name of establishment near incident, in accordance with the provisions of law, and to register an FIR against the said four unknown persons under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC. The undersigned also requests the concerned Station House Officer to provide police protection to him and his family members, as he still apprehends that the said four unknown persons may attack him or his family members in the near future after the incident of Date of incident.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble authority may be pleased to register an FIR under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC against the four unknown persons and to take strict action in accordance with law.

Yours faithfully,
