During the course of professional conversation, First intermediary's pronoun informed me that First intermediary's pronoun had another business prospect of providing jobs in the UK and Canada, and accordingly introduced me to Second accused's name, who resided in Mumbai and used to provide jobs abroad to candidates. I contacted Second accused's name on telephone, and Second accused's pronoun told me that Second accused's pronoun was in the business of providing work/jobs to candidates in the UK and Canada, that there were current openings for jobs in the UK and Canada, and asked me to provide candidates for such work. On the persuasion of First intermediary's name and Second accused's name, I forwarded one candidate, namely First candidate's name, to them for work in Canada. Thereafter, Second accused's name told me that Second accused's pronoun business partner, Third accused's name, was handling the entire work/job process, that Third accused's pronoun resided in Mumbai, and put me in telephonic contact with Third accused's name, Proprietor of M/s Accused's company name.

To induce me into the said work, Third accused's name showed me an authorisation letter dated Date of authorisation letter executed between Authorisation letter party name Wholesaler, New Intakes, and himself, and assured me that the papers were genuine and that all work was being carried out in accordance with law. Relying upon his representations, assurances, inducement and persuasion, I provided him Number of candidates candidates for work abroad in the UK and Canada, and transferred an amount of Rs. Initial payment amount in rupees/- as initial payment on different dates, as demanded by Third accused's name, for starting the work visa process.

However, upon every enquiry regarding the status of the candidates' visas made after every two to three months, he made lame excuses that the Government had changed its policy and that more time and money were required to process the same, and he demanded more and more money on one pretext or another. Since Month from which payments began Year from which payments began till date, I have transferred a total sum of Rs. Total amount paid till date in rupees/- into his joint account.
6.When, till July Year when no visa progress was found (July), no development had taken place in the visa process, I requested Names of both accused to kindly return the money of the candidates which had been sent to their joint account, as nothing had been done on their part.
