Subject: For registration of FIR under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC against four unknown persons travelling in Accused persons' vehicle description, who, on Date of incident at around Time of incident, attacked the undersigned with the sole intention of killing him.
1.I, Complainant's name, son of Sh. Complainant's father's name, resident of Complainant's address, Complainant's city (hereinafter referred to as "the Undersigned"), through this present complaint request the SHO to take strict action against the four unknown persons travelling in Accused persons' vehicle description on Date of incident at Time of incident, and to register an FIR under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC against these four unknown persons for attacking me with the sole intention of killing me.
2.That on Date of incident at and around Time dinner ended, I had my dinner with my friend, namely Friend's name, at Restaurant name, located at Restaurant address, and thereafter we left for my home, as it was Reason for returning home on that date. It is pertinent to mention herein that we were travelling through Route travelled by complainant in a Friend's car description bearing No. Creta car registration number, and I was driving my friend's car. In the meanwhile, when we were crossing the wine shop (adjacent to Restaurant name), suddenly one Accused persons' vehicle description came in front of us at high speed and stopped its vehicle in front of us, as a result of which I flashed my car's headlight dipper at them so that they would remove their vehicle and allow us to leave that place, but it was of no use, as the occupants of the Accused persons' vehicle were adamant and unjustified, and they did not remove their Accused persons' vehicle from my way.
3.That those unknown persons, instead of removing their vehicle from my way, were adamant and did not reverse their vehicle so that I could leave that place. It is pertinent to mention herein that my friend and I were both shocked and surprised as to why these persons in the Accused persons' vehicle were committing such an unjustified act and not giving us the way; in the meanwhile, a third person came to us and requested that if the occupants of the Accused persons' vehicle were being adamant and unjustified, we could at least be sensible, give them the way, and resolve the matter, to which my friend and I agreed. I thereupon tried to reverse my friend's car but was unable to do so, as the reverse gear functions of that car were different from those of a normal car. Therefore, in lieu of the same, my friend came to the driving side and I sat next to him on the other side, and thereafter my friend reversed the car, removed it, and gave the way to the persons travelling in the Accused persons' vehicle.
4.That after giving way to the Accused persons' vehicle, my friend and I moved ahead, and when we were in front of Landmark where attack occurred, suddenly a few persons from the Accused persons' vehicle started banging on our car window, abusing us and threatening us with dire consequences. My friend and I were shocked and threatened, as we had already reversed our car and given them the way to move ahead, and we could not understand for what reason they were threatening and abusing us, without any reason or fault on our part.
5.That upon seeing this act of the unknown persons travelling in the Accused persons' vehicle, I came out from my side and requested and asked them what had happened, to which they started abusing me and said to me categorically: "hummei tujhei jaan sei maar dengein, tunei car nahei hatayei humare raste sei abhei tu nahei bacheiga." I apologised and was trying to explain to them, but suddenly they started hitting me brutally on my head and face, as they were using some small, sharp and deadly weapon against my head, face and other upper body parts. After being brutally hit by them, I became unconscious, as my head and face were bleeding and I was having severe pain in my right shoulder. Thereafter, my friend immediately took me to the nearest hospital, namely Hospital name, located at Hospital address, and I also called the police helpline number at Police helpline number at Time of first police helpline call and Time of second police helpline call.
6.That I was in severe pain and trauma after the incident in which I was targeted to be killed by the four unknown persons travelling in Accused persons' vehicle description. I was brutally hit on my head, on the right side of my face and on other upper body parts; I was not able to speak, and my right shoulder was dislocated. Therefore, after taking painkillers and medicines, I apprised the police officers of the said incident and requested the police officers to check the CCTV footage and to trace out the vehicle number and the details of the four unknown persons who brutally attacked me on my head, face and other upper body parts with a small, sharp and deadly weapon with the sole intention of killing me, for not initially removing my friend's car from their way, even though my friend thereafter removed the car from their way and gave them the way ahead. I am attaching my photographs with this present complaint, which clearly reflect that I was brutally attacked by the four unknown persons with the sole intention of killing me.
7.Through this present complaint, I request the concerned SHO to take appropriate action against the four unknown persons travelling in Accused persons' vehicle description on Date of incident at and around Time of incident in front of the wine shop (adjacent to Restaurant name), in accordance with the provisions of law, and to register an FIR against the four unknown persons under Sections 307, 325 and 120-B IPC. I further request the concerned SHO to provide me and my family members with police protection, as I still apprehend that those four unknown persons might attack me or my family members in the near future after the incident of Date of incident.
