Sub: Complaint regarding misuse of my Facebook account by unknown persons by hacking the said account.

Respected Sir/Madam,

It is submitted that I hold a Facebook account in the name of “Name of Facebook account”. It has come to my knowledge that, for the last four days, some unknown person has hacked my password and has been using my Facebook account by posting and writing objectionable comments thereon. It is further submitted that the said account has been misused without my knowledge or consent. It is, therefore, most respectfully requested that kind, strict and stern action be taken against the said unknown person.

Kindly refer to my repeated replies to you. I have repeatedly complied with the KYC formalities. In order to make matters clear and straightforward, I state that I have the following three addresses:-

I have already submitted copies of my Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

Chamber Address:-

The said address is already on your record. I have been using this chamber for the last 13-14 years.

I also have a bank account with the UCO Bank, Patiala House, New Delhi Branch. If required, I can submit a certificate from the said Bank confirming the said address as reflected in my bank account.

Temporary Office Address:-

1.Temporary office address.

The said premises are on rent. I can submit a certificate from the landlord confirming that I use the aforesaid premises.

I have already submitted my Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and Voter ID Card in respect of my residential address.

My record as your customer is excellent, insofar as timely payments to you are concerned.

What else am I required to do?

“My maternal uncle (Mama), Deceased's name, S/o Deceased's father's name, R/o Deceased's address, was running a hardware shop, and I was also working with him. My Mama was sitting at the opposite shop and I brought his car, being Car number of Colour of the deceased's vehicle colour, and handed it over to him. At Time of leaving shop p.m., he left for his home. At approximately Time of missing call p.m., I received a call from my maternal grandmother informing me that Mama had not reached home. Upon receiving the call, I went to my maternal grandmother at Place of grandmother's residence. After reaching there, I learnt that near the house of Neighbour's name near house, one Make and number of the vehicle used by the abductors car stopped in front of Breeza, and the occupants pressured the abducted person into the said car, while one person drove the Breeza car. It is also learnt that a gunshot was fired at the spot. I apprehend that the Breeza car belongs to my Mama and that he has been kidnapped by the occupants of the said vehicle. I request that my Mama be recovered and action be taken against the persons who were travelling in the said car.”
