Ron Somerville, Deputy Commissioner Department of Fish and Game June 12, 1991 663-88-0174 465-3600 Larri Irene Spengler Assistant Attorney General Natural Resources Section - Juneau Approval of modification of revised Department of Fish & Game ethics policy (Executive Branch Ethics Act AS 39.52) On May 17, 1991, we reviewed the June 1, 1991, version of the Department of Fish and Game ethics policy for conformity with the Executive Branch Ethics Act, AS 39.52, and approved that policy, as provided for in AS 39.52.920. 1991 Inf. Op. Att'y Gen. (May 17; 663-88-0174). 1/ On May 20, 1991, you asked for our review and approval of a change to the June 1, 1991, policy. It changes the end of the authorized divestiture period from July 1, 1992, to January 1, 1992. We see no problems with that change, and therefore approve the June 1, 1991, version of the Department of Fish and Game's policy, with that modification incorporated therein.
