Criminal Rule 43.1
Rule 43.1. Clerk’s Authority
Cite as Alaska R. Crim. P. 43.1
Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the clerk is
authorized to quash or recall warrants, summonses, and orders
to show cause where it is uncontroverted or clearly proven
that:
(a) The defendant has paid the fine or restitution for
which the warrant, summons, or order to show cause was
issued;
(b) The defendant has posted the bail listed on the
warrant; or
(c) The charging document for which the warrant,
summons, or order to show cause was issued has been
dismissed or withdrawn.
