Deletion From The List of Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers in The State of Alaska

“Promoting a healthy economy and strong communities” BULLETIN B 01-06 TO: ALL SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: DELETION FROM THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA On January 10, 2001, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 01-02, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary. The purpose of this bulletin is to amend Bulletin B 01-02 by making the following change: AA-1930380 HIH CASUALTY & GENERAL INSURANCE LTD is hereby removed from the list.
