BULLETIN B 02-19 TO: ALL INSURERS, PRODUCERS, AND BROKERS AUTHORIZED TO TRANSACT INSURANCE IN THE STATE OF ALASKA AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: CHANGE OF PLAN ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE ALASKA COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE ASSOCIATION On July 1, 2002, the Alaska Comprehensive Health Insurance Association (ACHIA) plan administrator changed from Aetna to Benefit Management, Inc. (BMI). Effective immediately, please cease using and destroy all applications and forms that direct applicants to send their first premium checks to Aetna at the Hartford, Connecticut address.
