Addendum to the List of Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers

“Promoting a healthy economy and strong communities” BULLETIN B 02-24 TO: ALL SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA On December 17, 2002, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 02-21, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary. On December 20, 2002, Bulletin B 02-23 was issued as an addendum to B 02-21. This bulletin also amends Bulletin B 02-21 by making the following change: 44520 CRUM & FORSTER SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby added to the list. This company was approved on July 2, 2002.
