Addendum to the List of Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers in the State of Alaska

“Promoting a healthy economy and strong communities” BULLETIN B 04-05 TO: ALL INSURANCE PRODUCERS AND SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA On January 26, 2004, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 04-03, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary. This bulletin amends Bulletin B 04-03 by making the following change: 41718 TRADERS & PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby removed from the list, effective March 22, 2004.
