RE:
LINE CODES FOR SURPLUS LINES TRANSACTION REPORTS
Effective June 11, 2006, the codes listed in 3 AAC 25.090(b)(3) are repealed. Beginning
June 11, 2006, the below-listed line codes that are currently in use in the National Association of
Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Annual Statement blank for property and casualty insurers are
to be used in surplus lines transaction reports and monthly premium summary reports required
under AS 21.34.170(a) and 3 AAC 25.090. Use these codes to identify the type of insurance
reported.
