Hall, Director Division of Insurance BULLETIN B 06-15 TO: ALL INSURANCE PRODUCERS AND SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA On July 18, 2006, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 06-12, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary. This bulletin amends Bulletin B 06-12 by making the following changes: AA-1344101 the name of ALLIANZ MARINE & AVIATION VERSICHERUNGS AG changed to ALLIANZ GLOBAL CORPORATE & SPECIALTY AG effective August 7, 2006. 41718 the name of TRADERS & PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY changed to ENDURANCE AMERICAN SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY effective August 7, 2006. 12489 AMERICAN MODERN SURPLUS LINES INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby added effective August 15, 2006. AA-3194161 CATLIN INSURANCE COMPANY LTD is hereby removed from the list, effective October 1, 2006. All other information in Bulletin B 06-12 remains in effect until further notice.
