Hall, Director Division of Insurance BULLETIN B 09-05 TO: ALL INSURANCE PRODUCERS AND SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES RE: ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA On January 12, 2009, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 09-01, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary. This bulletin amends Bulletin B 09-01 by making the following change: 38237 AMERICAN COUNTRY INSURANCE COMPANY is removed from the list, effective April 28, 2009.
