Insurers filing Animal Mortality and Pet Insurance products should use the NAIC Product Coding Matrix and select Inland Marine TOI 9.0 Sub- TOI 9.0001 for Animal Mortality and Inland Marine 9.0 Sub-TOI 9.0004 for Pet Insurance. Bulletin B 05-07 dated August I i 1\ 2005, Re: Uniform Transmittal Document for all Property and Casualty Filings, is now revoked and no longer in effect.
