Repeal of Bulletin B23-06 Regarding Fair Treatment to Consumers Following Pharmacy Staffing Shortages

The Alaska Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B23-06 to assist Alaskans during the shortage. Due to an improvement in pharmacy staffing stability, the Division is revoking Bulletin B23-06 effective November 28, 2023.
