Alabama Rules for Expedited Civil Actions Rule F. Dispositive Motions. Under the Expedited Scheduling and Discovery Order (Form 1), all dispositive motions shall be filed no later than 14 days after the close of discovery. [Effective 1-1-2017.] Comments The principal dispositive motions contemplated by this rule are motions for a summary judgment and Rule 12(b), Ala. R. Civ. P., motions to dismiss.
