ALABAMA RULES OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION PREAMBLE These rules shall be known and cited as the “Alabama Rules of Judicial Administration.” Except as otherwise provided herein, these rules shall become effective on January 16, 1977. [Adopted 11-9-76.]
