U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, case 6:24-cv-00178 (E.D.Tex.), and voluntary dismissal of an appeal from that judgment on June 10, 2025, by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in its case 25-40072, revised Department Bulletin 2024-02 ["Filing Requirements for Federal Disclosures"], issued on July 26, 2024, is rescinded and will be removed from the list of Bulletins on the Department's website.
