Replaces: Bulletin No. 2025-04, dated August 1, 2025 1. As announced in the Bulletin dated April 1, 2007, all rate and form filings in Alabama are to be submitted using SERFFSM (the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings), effective November 1, 2007. 2. As announced in Bulletin No. 2010-07, all fees relating to SERFFSM filings are to be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment through SERFFSM, effective July 1, 2010. 3. Information about implementing EFT, including an EFT Implementation Guide and the required agreement forms, is available at the SERFFSM Internet web-site (www.serff.com) or by contacting the SERFFSM Marketing Team at 816-783-8787 or by electronic mail at serffmktg@naic.org. 4. The requirements for all rate and form filings in Alabama to be submitted using SERFFSM and for all fees relating to SERFFSM filings to be made by EFT payment through SERFFSM remain in effect. Upon the effective date of this bulletin, the fees announced below will become effective and Bulletin No. 2021-06, Bulletin No. 2024-04, and Bulletin No. 2025-04 will be rescinded and replaced by this bulletin. 5.
