5 This voluntary expedited filing system shall remain in place until April 1, 2008. If an insurer does not want to take advantage of the expedited filing system (or cannot file prior to April 1, 2008) then it must submit a normal filing, subject to regular filing requirements, including any prior approval or waiting period. Effective Date This bulletin shall take immediate effect and shall expire on December 31, 2014, unless Congress extends the duration of the Act.
