Ridling Commissioner of Insurance JLR DATE: December 14, 2015 SUBJECT: Update of Bulletin No. 2015-05 Insurance Discount for Windstorm Damage Mitigation Passage of Act 2015-313 (SB 254, 2015 Regular Session) This bulletin will serve as an update of Bulletin No. 2015-05 issued on September 18, 2015. At the time Bulletin No. 2015-05 was issued, it was anticipated the information would have been available to this department by this month whereby new benchmark discounts as required under the new law could be established. Unfortunately, it now appears the needed data will not be available until sometime in the first quarter of 2016, when the new benchmarks will be announced by the issuance of a new bulletin. All other provisions of Bulletin No. 2015-05 remain as originally issued. JLR/RN/ct
