AMENDED BY ACT 2026-345, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. No public service commissioner or clerk of the commission shall, during his continuance in office, personally or through any partner or agent, render any professional service for public utilities.
